I have stayed here many times - mostly because of the staff and the location of the hotel which are both excellent. Zahid from house keeping kept my room pristine and fully stocked with water every day - much needed in the soaring heat of August!!!

Great location on the beach side of the beach road. Excellent swimming pool, garden and private beach area all with complimentary deck chairs for hotel guest use. Parking, gym and good restaurants on site as well as near the hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Big enough room with comfortable beds. Nice balcony too for the right weather. Swimming pool water wonderfully refreshing. Friendly staff.

Location was great. Right on Jumeirah beach. Great pool, restaurants and views from the rooftop bar were amazing. The breakfast was great too.

From reception to dining areas ,bedrooms and grounds staff were very helpful and friendly.A special thank you to Jean who looked after our bedroom daily.Jeans creativity exceeded all my expectations as I was celebrating a special birthday.Many thanks for all the wonderful birthday treats received from dining room and reception personnel. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and we will be returning to the hotel in the near future.

Staff were friendly and more than happy to help. I think there was a waitress called Sinta - she was so kind and cheerful She brought hot chocolate for the boys during breakfast. Sea view was beautiful. The room were cleaned well, towels changed everyday.

it’s a great location - very close to the marina. beautiful private beach as well. overall staff were pleasant and friendly. the cleaning staff did an amazing job on the rooms and were very friendly. loved the pool area with the swim up bar. nice breakfast with loads of choice.

I always stay here when i am in Dubai. The hotel may be one of the oldest in this area but its clean, comfortable and welcoming, unlike some of the more pretentious newer hotels i have stayed in. The location is fantastic and the hotel has everything you need on site, great places to eat and drink and the staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly with me.

If you manage to get a room not facing the construction site next to the hotel, you will have a wonderful time. We did, after we managed to change the room. Otherwise is hell. They work 24/7. The hotel has a very good location, near JBR walk and Marina walk The beach is very nice. The room is also very nice with very comfortable beds, a balcony and fantastic views. You can easily get a RTA taxi ( the public, cheap taxis) from the roundabout next to the hotel. I think this hotel is one of the best option in Dubai.
